Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

A critical part of this role will be direct oversight of repairs and maintenance across all production lines , ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee repairs and troubleshooting on all production lines and equipment .
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and services.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to support operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, reports, and performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00 / hr.
