Supervises warehouse, recycling, and outlet retail sales floor activities to ensure that goals are met. Will serve, at times, as "Supervisor in Charge" of entire facility. Responsible for assuring a high level of guest and donor service. Must ensure that Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW NRM. Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends. Available to work all shifts (weekends and evenings a must). This position is expected to be responsive to the changing and unpredictable nature of a Goodwill site and show initiative to accomplish the tasks at hand and be prepared to move between assignments as priorities change. Drives Goodwill truck to pick up and / or deliver goods. Maintain cleanliness of storage area, storage containers, and / or warehouse facility. Must have a current valid driver's license issued by the state of residence, registration, and insurance and must pass a driving record check.

- Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and guests.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
- May be required to work more than 40 hours per week
