Job Description
Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the central US territory.
This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role is representing our MBCI brand and product line.
- Positioned within MBCI's Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors
- Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
- Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer's business and the critical measures that drive each account
- Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
- Ability to work with Operating Systems

The US average base salary for this role is $75,000-85,000 + sales incentive + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
