The District Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Daily Thread by overseeing 5-8 retail locations within a designated market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the retail landscape and excellent leadership skills. The District Manager will be responsible for implementing store strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction across all stores in the market.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute market business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Lead and mentor Store Managers to enhance their performance and drive team engagement.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
Collaborate with senior field leaders to align market objectives with overall company goals.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across all locations.
Provide regular reports on market performance and key metrics to senior field leaders.
Partner with Human Resources to ensure effective recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Drive promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness within the market.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or District Manager role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
Ability to travel within the designated market area as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance.
Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
