• OBHG hospitalist coverage
• 3 Office Locations
• 7 Physician Providers
• 2 APRN's
• CMA 1:1 with provider
• GYN triage – 3 nurses
• OB triage – 2 nurses

Qualifications / Requirements:

· MD/DO

· Unrestricted State Medical License

· Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

· OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)

· Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility

· BLS
