The Company is seeking a Vice President of Acquisition and Integration to play a pivotal role in its strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust M&A strategy that is in line with the company's growth objectives. This includes the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves designing and executing post-acquisition integration plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring integration progress to ensure the realization of synergies and value.
Applicants for the Vice President of Acquisition and Integration position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A, integration, or related roles, particularly within a private equity-backed environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful acquisitions and integrations, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Financial and operational oversight, including driving financial modeling, valuation, and ensuring adherence to budget and strategic objectives, is a key aspect of the role.
