What would you do as an Account Manager
As a Full-Time Account Manager at Rexco Equipment, Inc., you'll be the master of customer relationships, wielding our CRM like a wizard with a magic wand! Your mission? To understand and fulfill our customers' equipment needs and exceed their expectations.

Would you be a great Account Manager?
To thrive as a Full-Time Account Manager at Rexco Equipment, Inc., you'll need a dynamic blend of skills and experience that make you a superstar in customer relations! A solid foundation in sales is essential, with five or more years in the field under your belt and a flair for understanding the construction industry and equipment. An Associate degree is a fantastic bonus! Your tech-savviness will shine as you navigate Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and our all-important CRM tool.
Communicating effectively and documenting your customer interactions is a must, ensuring everyone stays on the same page. And don't forget about that current driver's license-it's essential for hitting the road to meet clients! With a mix of creativity, determination, and a customer-centric attitude, you'll be ready to tackle challenges and build lasting relationships while enjoying every moment in our fun-loving environment!
Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) a plus.
- Five or more years of previous sales experience and knowledge of the construction industry and equipment a plus.
- General computer knowledge required. Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Ability to adopt and utilize the CRM tool as required.
- Must have appropriate current driver's license depending on the weight of the truck to be driven if driving a company vehicle applies
