Essential Job Functions :
- Maintains storage and distribution of all engineering documentation
- Completes production work order packets.
- Verify part configuration(s) using customer supplier portals
- Verify work instruction configurations match prior to release
- Scan and file customer signed pack lists using Doc-Link.
- Match and scan completed inspection and production paperwork using Doc-Link
- Maintain and store open purchase orders using Doc-Link.
- Manages all incoming communication to Aero Design ("The Voice of ADM").
- Assist Kitting Clerk approximately 20% of the time worked.
