Summary
This position will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring accurate print downs and maintaining high-quality document preparation for scanning, and post scanning. This position runs multiple scanners simultaneously in a high production environment and ensures documents are scanned / printed accurately.
Essential Functions
- Prioritize work throughout the day.
- Scan work using different profiles.
- Index in Docuphase.
- Maintain and clean equipment.
- Schedule service calls when needed.
- Work on OOC's at the end of day, as needed.
- This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.
Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to communicate. The employee Choose an item. is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, stand, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; frequently moves boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.

The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.
