What Youll Do

As a Repair Specialist , youll be the hero turning damaged surfaces into masterpieces. From multi-family properties to residential homes, youll help restore surfaces as tenants move out and new ones move in. Were hiring for full-time and part-time (2 days / week) roles to keep up with growing demand.

Heres how youll make an impact :

Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and more, making them look like new.

Assess damage, recommend the best repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence.

Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.

Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked.

What Were Looking For

Are you handy, motivated, and love to learn? This role could be a perfect fit! Heres what wed like :

A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail. (Art background can help you accel)

A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (No prior experience? No problemwell train you!).

Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
