Other duties include respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, provide excellent service to customers and team members, along with adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, assist with processing returns and exchanges.
