Market Trainer, Sephora

Dr. Idriss, a skincare community-turned-brand founded by NYC board-certified dermatologist Dr. Shereene Idriss, is looking for a Market Trainer to drive sales and build brand awareness in Sephora. With over 25 product awards and 3.5M+ social media followers, we are excited to have you join us for the next stage of growth.

This role reports to the Sales and Education Manager.

Job Responsibilities :

• Drive in-store sales within select doors and regions to meet and exceed sales goals, as outlined by the Sales and Education Manager
• Support FSCs and partner with stores to host store-led events
• Conduct Beauty Advisor and Store Leadership trainings, building and growing in-store relationships
• Support stores with maintaining display and stock
• Partner with Sales and Education Manager to create regional sales initiatives

Our Ideal Nerd :

Time commitment : 15 - 20 hours per week

Compensation : $25 - $30 / hour (contingent on experience)
