We are committed to process improvement, innovation, and building a talented team to drive our mission forward.Position Summary : As a Customer Experience Admin. , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and new customer onboarding to support our company's growth and transformation. You'll partner closely with leaders across the organization to understand sales and new customer needs and build strategies that align with our evolving culture and processes.Key Responsibilities : Routing Efficiency and Scheduling : Optimize and manage the scheduling of initial appointments (including reschedules of initial appointments and first reservice / follow-up post initial). Providing effective routing of appointments to ensure maximum productivity for our service professionals. Opening routes daily and assigning them to the necessary sales team.Sales Rep Support : Provide vital administrative support to D2D sales representatives. Assisting with account setup, scheduling initial appointments, and informing sales representatives of rescheduled / canceled appointments.Customer Retention : Engage with customers at risk of cancellation, address their concerns, and implement appropriate solutions to improve their experience with the company and retain their business.Customer Onboarding : Conduct welcome calls for new customers to confirm important details such as service frequency, billing, re-services, and contract length. Answer any remaining questions regarding their service / plan to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.New Account Audits : Perform audits on new accounts to verify contract, payment, and subscription information.
