Job description
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel Allied job in Littleton, CO. Shift: 8 hr days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $1806 / Week Job Description & Requirements
Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1806.00 - $1861.00

This Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Littleton, Colorado, a vibrant community that blends small-town charm with the amenities of a major metropolitan area. Littleton offers tree-lined streets, a historic downtown filled with local shops and restaurants, and easy access to outdoor recreation. Nearby Roxborough State Park and Chatfield State Park offer scenic trails, water activities, and breathtaking views of the Front Range, making it an ideal location for professionals who value an active lifestyle and easy escapes into nature. With quick access to Denver, you can enjoy arts, entertainment, sports, and dining while living in a comfortable, welcoming community. The outpatient clinic is a modern, well-equipped rehabilitation center focused on evidence-based physical therapy. The environment is designed to support both patients and clinicians with spacious treatment areas, updated therapeutic equipment, and an efficient layout that allows for smooth patient flow. As a Physical Therapist, you will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous professional growth. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, spine care, and general functional limitations. A typical day includes performing comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy interventions, providing patient and family education, and coordinating care with referring providers. You will work with a manageable caseload designed to allow time for thorough clinical care and documentation, while still providing a dynamic and engaging workday. Patient populations commonly include active adults, recreational and competitive athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking to return to work or daily activities. You may have opportunities to participate in specialty programs such as sports performance, balance and fall prevention, or chronic pain management, depending on clinic needs and your interests. The clinic emphasizes clear communication, outcome-driven practice, and consistent use of functional measures to track progress and optimize results. The schedule typically consists of daytime hours on weekdays, with the possibility of early morning or early evening coverage to meet patient demand. Team members support each other to maintain a positive clinic culture, with an emphasis on mentorship, case collaboration, and shared problem-solving. Newer therapists can expect guidance and support, while experienced clinicians have the opportunity to serve as resources and leaders within the team. Working in Littleton offers a unique balance of professional opportunity and quality of life. The area features excellent schools, community events, farmers markets, and easy access to both the mountains and downtown Denver. Whether you enjoy weekend hiking, brewery visits, live music, or quiet neighborhood living, Littleton provides a welcoming setting to build both your career and your life outside of work.
