Job descriptionHigh School Diploma, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience operating dozers in excavation, grading, or site development. Knowledge of grading techniques, slope control, and soil compaction. Ability to read site plans, and grade stakes. Experience using GPS and laser grading systems. Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Additional heavy equipment operation experience is a plus. Certifications (can obtain once hired) : OSHA 10 and OSHA Excavation Competitive Pay (negotiable upon individual experience and skills). Paid Weekly. DOZER OPERATOR

Built on generations of hard work and expertise, our services primarily include mass excavation, building pads, sub-grade prep, final grading, underground utilities installation - water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, fire line and detention systems. We are located in Newark, Ohio and operate throughout Central Ohio, Licking County and surrounding area.

Summary of Dozer Operator : Assist with excavation, grading and site development projects by operating a variety of heavy equipment but primarily bulldozers (with and without GPS) to move earth, level terrain and ensure precise grading for underground utilities and construction sites.
Responsibilities :
- Operate bulldozers to cut, grade and level land according to project specifications.
- Push, spread and compact soil, rock and other materials to prepare jobsites.
- Follow grade stakes, GPS and operator instructions to achieve required elevations.
- Assist in site preparation for underground utilities, roads, and building foundations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
- Work closely with foreman and other crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations, including proper PPE use.
- All other duties as assigned.
