Selectek is hiring for a part-time Architectural Drafter in the Charlotte, NC area. This position requires you to report to the office at least 3 days a week, working a minimum of 24 hours.

Job Description :

• Read and interpret architectural drawings
• Selections for design drawings
• Prepare technical, drawings, shop drawings, and details for projects
• Interpret field takeoffs, measurements, and information obtained, as well as make any modifications as needed
• Work closely with other members of the design team to analyze and solve design issues
• Responsibility for maintaining multiple projects at a time and keeping up with revisions as they progress from initiation to completion
• Be able to follow computer processes and procedures
• Maintain a draw and build a standard option library

This person is doing Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD drafting for high-end, residential properties. They are a custom design builder, so projects will be working off construction documents, high-scale renovations, detailing, multi-million dollar condos, and luxury homes.

Pay range : $29 / hour - $41 / hour (depending on relevant experience)

Term of assignment : Indefinite Temp

Pay method when direct : Hourly

Location of job : Belmont, NC 28012

Hours and shift : THREE DAYS A WEEK (AVG 24 hours per week) 8AM – 5PM : Can pick which days you want to come into the office

Work from home / remote : No, not at this time

Overtime expected : Possible

Travel : Occasional to client site
