Job Description and Responsibilities EVRAZ is currently seeking a Stores Supervisor to join their team in Pueblo, Colorado. The Stores Supervisor is responsible for a three-level warehouse area and multiple off-site stocking locations in the Pueblo plant, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the Storehouse by maximizing efficiencies to achieve the highest levels of productivity and customer service. The Stores Supervisor will support and or oversee Warehouse operations and Expeditors in the absence of or in addition to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Meeting or exceeding performance KPI’s as established by the Pueblo Purchasing Manager to include safety, inventory value, cycle count accuracy, inventory turns, and asset utilization to include the review of slow-moving inventory and disposition of obsolete material
- Set up of new inventory items, establishing min / max levels, requisitioning and requisition approval, ensuring the timeliness of receipts, stocking and issuing of parts to internal customers, processing of repairs and other outgoing shipments
- Ordering of Storehouse equipment and supplies
- Managing multiple consignment inventories and physical inventories
- Oversee security and control of all Storehouse property, equipment, and other assets
- Supervises all stores clerks and regulates all work activity
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail services.
- Maximizing efficiencies through continuous improvement and 6S practices Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years inventory / warehouse equivalent experience inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory management system, knowledge of Oracle an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word Compensation
- 75,000 - $80,000 Open and Closing Dates
