Required Technical Skills :

Primary Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Android application development using Java and Kotlin.
  • Experience with Android SDK Jetpack components and Android Studio.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing user interfaces with XML layouts and custom views.
  • Proficient in managing data storage with SQLite Room and SharedPreferences.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and handling network operations with Retrofit or OkHttp.
  • Experience with debugging and performance optimization for Android applications.
  • Strong understanding of Android lifecycle management and Activity / Fragment interactions.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and CI / CD tools for Android projects.

Secondary Skills :

  • Excellent knowledge of Firebase for analytics crash reporting and push notifications.
  • Familiarity with MVVM MVP and other Android architecture patterns.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks like Espresso or JUnit.3
