Job descriptionSafely operate plow trucks and snow removal equipment such as skid-steers or loaders. Clear snow from commercial properties, including plazas, businesses, condos and similar sites. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly during snowstorms. Perform equipment maintenance and adhere to safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with the team and address client inquiries. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Minimum of 3 years previous plow truck or operation of skid-steer / loader with snowplow experience. Availability for work during each snowstorm. Understanding of snow removal safety procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical fitness to work in cold weather.
