We are in the process of recruiting an HR Recruiter to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. As an HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying and sourcing top-tier talent for our organization. Your role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from shaping job descriptions to coordinating interviews and gathering hiring manager feedback. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal managers to create detailed job descriptions
- Utilize a wide network of contacts to uncover potential talent for our organization
- Conduct comprehensive screening of potential candidates
- Utilize various platforms and databases, including ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, to manage recruitment tasks
- Regularly post job vacancies and manage responses
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews effectively
- Gather and analyze hiring managers’ feedback to improve the recruitment process
- Leverage Applicant Track System and CRM for efficient candidate tracking and management
- Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process
- Ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Careerbuilder
- Skilled in using CRM software
- Ability to use About Time software
- Experience with Applicant Track System
- Capability to conduct Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
