Expertise in advanced EE architecture, sensor hardware and compute hardware. Proficiency in automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR, Cybersecurity ISO 21434). Experience with HIL / SIL testing and simulation tools and methods. Preferred experience in connectivity, infotainment, and vehicle control. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Management experience preferred.

Our goal is to develop unique, appealing electric vehicles that seamlessly integrate autonomy, connectivity and AI to create the ultimate experience for users.
We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Leader or System Engineering Leader to join our startup team and drive the development of our next-generation autonomous driving solutions. If you have a hands-on approach, deep expertise in ADAS systems, and a passion for building the future of mobility, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- ADAS Architecture & System Development
- Define and architect ADAS and autonomous driving systems from concept to mass production.
- Develop system requirements, functional safety goals (ISO 26262), and performance KPIs for ADAS features.
- Lead hardware and software integration for sensor fusion, perception, decision-making, and control systems.
- Sensor & Compute Hardware / Software Stack
- Validate and integrate various sensors, wiring harnesses, and compute platforms.
- Work with AI / ML and perception teams to optimize sensor processing and system performance.
- Define real-time processing and hardware architecture for high-performance ADAS autonomy.
- Integration, Validation & Safety Testing
- Develop test plans, simulation frameworks, and validation strategies for ADAS features.
- Oversee HIL, SIL, and vehicle-level validation using both real-world and virtual testing.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262), SOTIF (ISO 21448), and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cloud, connectivity, UX and infotainment teams to enable V2X, OTA updates, and data-driven improvements and enhance user experience.
- Work on telematics, edge computing, and data pipelines for fleet-wide autonomy performance monitoring.
