As a Summer Camp Counselor at Genesis Health Clubs Tri-State, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging environment for campers. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of camp activities
- Supervising groups of campers during activities and ensuring their safety
- Encouraging participation and fostering a fun atmosphere
- Communicating effectively with campers and their parents
- Supporting the Lead Counselor in daily tasks and behavior management
- Promoting teamwork and cooperation among campers
- Assisting with First Aid as needed
