Job Overview :

As a Senior Drywall Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost assessments and project proposals for various drywall-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal stud framing, drywall systems, and associated materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed estimates for projects involving metal stud framing and drywall systems, both interior and exterior.
• Assess costs for lath and plaster applications, scaffolding, waterproofing, and acoustical ceilings.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop comprehensive project budgets.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to provide accurate and timely estimates.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Review and adjust estimates as necessary based on project changes or client requirements.

What You Need for this Position :

Bachelors in Construction Management (preferred)

5+ years drywall estimating experience

Experience leading a team
