Now Hiring : Loan Processor (Intermediate Level)

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor skilled in handling a variety of loan changes, updating applications, and working confidently with AUS systems. If you have strong mortgage knowledge and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this could be your next move!

What You’ll Do :

• Manage data change requests (broker updates, interest changes, curing QM, etc.)
• Update loan apps + utilize AUS tools
• Process conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Review documents, identify large deposits
• Ensure Fannie / Freddie guideline compliance

What We’re Looking For :

️ 3–5 years of loan processing experience

️ Credit union or mortgage lending experience

️ Strong doc review + credit understanding

️ Encompass experience preferred
