Seeking Regional Director for Early Child Education Company in Georgia!

Primary Responsibility : Drive multi-site operational excellence across a portfolio of childcare centers by supporting leadership teams, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering process improvement.
Goal : Ensure the consistent success and efficiency of childcare centers while maintaining a collaborative and adaptable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on, on-site assistance to center teams to ensure high standards of success.

Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions collaboratively.

Analyze detailed reports to measure progress and track improvements.

Set clear goals and ensure alignment with overall KPI's such as enrollment, utilization, labor, compliance, etc.

Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance center performance.

Foster a culture of adaptability and collaboration among directors and ECE staff.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in ECE multi-site operations, particularly in high-growth environments.

Skills : Leadership, collaboration, and influence. Strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in uncertain situations.

Travel : Must be open to 75%+ travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $110,000+ annually, with performance-based bonuses.
