Please Note : To be considered, applicants must meet the qualifications for Lead Teacher as defined by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) . This includes specific coursework and experience requirements for working in licensed childcare centers.

What You'll Do :

Minimum Qualifications (Required by Illinois DCFS for Lead Teachers) :

60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of college credit with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, OR
