  • Pick up and deliver incoming shipments from designated receiving or drop-off locations and route them to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Move finished goods, hardware, and production materials between buildings and staging areas to support operational needs.
  • Utilize barcode scanning equipment to ensure accurate movement logs within the system.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, or tuggers to safely move materials throughout the facility.

  • Follow established material routing procedures and delivery schedules to maintain efficient internal logistics flow.
  • Support receiving and shipping teams by transporting materials to staging areas for processing or outbound shipment.
  • Maintain compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control procedures when handling aerospace components.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials required for ongoing manufacturing activities.
  • Maintain clear and organized material staging areas and drop zones to ensure efficient material flow across the facility.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and facility traffic guidelines when operating material handling equipment or transporting materials between buildings.
  • Report any damaged materials, packaging issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate team.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment.
  • Ability to safely transport materials while following established facility procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe material handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, lifting, and movement across multiple buildings or work areas.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed
  • A valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • 13 years of experience in material handling, warehouse logistics, or internal transportation, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ESD-sensitive components and FOD control practices.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks.
  • Experience working in large multi-building manufacturing campuses.
