A company is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to support day-to-day operations across multiple third-party marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operational activities for multiple marketplace accounts
Compile and maintain detailed product information using marketplace-specific templates
Serve as the primary point of contact with marketplace representatives to resolve issues and address requests
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing at least one major retail marketplace account
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for managing large product data files
Experience with structured product data and bulk upload templates
Proven ability to update pricing and images across marketplace listings
Professional communication skills for external marketplace interactions
