Experience delivering product demos when needed. Familiarity with Agile project execution. Basic project management experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization. Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce. - Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
- Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
- Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
- Ensure solutions align with the organization’s long-term IT strategy.
- Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
- Ecommerce Business Systems Analyst participates in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements.
