The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on product manager with a proven track record of driving measurable growth through conversion optimization and customer retention strategies. You’re fluent in data, analytics, and experimentation—and passionate about using insights to improve every step of the digital shopping journey.
You understand how to balance business performance with customer empathy, and you’re energized by opportunities to influence roadmap direction, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously test, learn, and iterate.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Retention & Conversion Optimization
- Develop and drive the eCommerce roadmap focused on improving customer conversion, engagement, and repeat purchase behavior.

- Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Write clear and detailed user stories, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and assess ROI to guide roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with UX / UI design to simplify user flows and reduce friction throughout the purchase journey.
- Ensure successful product delivery through detailed QA, UAT management, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Customer Insight & Data Analysis
- Review and synthesize customer feedback, session replays, and on-site analytics to uncover actionable insights.
- Conduct funnel analysis and customer journey mapping to uncover drop-off points and potential optimizations.
- Cross-Functional & Vendor Leadership
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that improve conversion, engagement, and overall site performance.
- Partner closely with development, marketing, and operations teams to align roadmap priorities and deliver measurable results.
