ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of eCommerce is a strategic leader responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience that drives growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty. This role oversees site operations, content strategy, digital merchandising, personalization, and promotional execution, while leading the expansion of shopping experiences across emerging channels. The Director combines consumer obsession with data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and stay ahead of evolving digital trends.

Lead Site Excellence : Ensure flawless site operations, intuitive navigation, and high-performing content that reflects brand standards and enhances conversion.
Drive Personalization : Implement data-driven strategies to deliver tailored experiences across the customer journey.
Optimize Merchandising & Promotions : Develop compelling product presentation and promotional strategies that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
Expand Digital Channels : Identify and launch new shopping experiences beyond .Com to capture growth opportunities and reach new audiences.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and operations teams to deliver integrated initiatives that accelerate revenue.
Champion Innovation : Monitor digital commerce trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of eCommerce.

YOU HAVE
Bachelor's or masters degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 10 years functional experience.
Proven experience leading eCommerce strategy and operations for a consumer-focused brand.
Expertise in site operations, content management, digital merchandising, personalization, and promotional planning.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in eCommerce KPIs, conversion optimization, and A / B testing.
Demonstrated success in expanding digital channels and launching new shopping experiences.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, UX principles, and emerging commerce trends.
May travel on occasion.
