HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
- Implement and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to ensure compliance and achievement of objectives.
- Support environmental programs, including pollution prevention, waste management, stormwater management, air and water quality, and regulatory reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audits and address identified issues.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and implement safety controls to minimize risks.
- Perform data mining and trend analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance decision-making.
- Maintain and organize HSE platforms, such as SharePoint, Teams, and calendars, for efficient collaboration and communication.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and scorecards for leadership.
- Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and team meetings.
- Support budgeting processes and procurement activities for the HSE function.
