We have created an opening for a Pharmacy Education Specialist within our specialty pharmacies. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position. This will be a hybrid position and occasional travel to branch locations will be required.
- The Pharmacy Education Specialist supports the professional development of pharmacy staff through comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous education. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a scalable, high-quality learning program that ensures regulatory compliance, standardization, and competency across pharmacy services, inventory management, and logistics operations. Working closely with leadership and interdepartmental teams, the specialist fosters a culture of continuous learning and consistent practice aligned with organizational goals.
