Job Title : Site Administrator
Location : Boise, ID 83716
Duration : 15 Months
Shift : 24 Hrs per week (4 Hrs per day except one day, 8 Hrs on Thursday)
Pay Range : $25.00 to $30.22
Job Description :
Management of the site construction office that includes but not limited to :
Visitor welcoming, support in badge / access preparation, meal organization (may require to use car)
Direct the delivery to the site
Purchase consumables, safety items, and other required equipment for the office and keep track of the inventory
Support the site daily headcount
Support the material reception and keep a log of the Handover notes and handovers
Contribute to the project Drive (upload material certificate, material reception and handover)
Coordinate the office projects
Assist to the weekly meetings and support the minutes of meetings
Qualifications :
HS Diploma or equivalent.
