We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Tutor to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for elementary school-aged children. The ideal candidate will support physical activity, assist with homework planning and supervision, and create fun and educational activities to enhance the children's learning experience.
Requirements
- Supervision and Care : Provide attentive supervision and care for children in a safe environment, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
- Homework Support : Assist students with their homework, offering guidance and encouragement to help them complete assignments effectively.
- Activity Planning : Develop and implement engaging classroom activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction. Activities may include arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational projects.
- Physical Activity Support : Encourage and facilitate physical activities, ensuring that children are active and engaged. This includes organizing outdoor games and structured exercise routines.
- Communication : Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and activities. Foster positive relationships with students to build trust and a supportive atmosphere.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that program objectives are met and to create a cohesive team environment.
