Job Description

The GME Manager is responsible for the operational support of the system-wide medical education programs (residents and fellows); ACGME, CPME, CODA and non-accredited fellowship programs. The manager is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, leading, implementing and evaluating central GME departmental functions to assure that ACGME, CPME, and CODA accreditation requirements for regulated activities and training programs are met.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Health Administration, or related area or equivalent educ / experience
- At least 3 years of graduate medical education experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience can be in an academic or hospital based residency program.
- 2 years of experience with residency management software. Considers oneself to be a superuser.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
