Penmac Education Staffing is hiring an Education Coordinator to support substitute staffing operations for a school partner in Kansas City, MO. As an Education Coordinator, you are the connection point between schools, substitute teachers, and the day-to-day staffing needs that keep classrooms running smoothly. You’ll coordinate substitute coverage, support school staff, and ensure every assignment is filled with the right person at the right time.
This role blends scheduling, recruiting, and customer service. One minute you’re filling an early morning absence. The next, you’re helping a substitute get ready for their assignment or supporting a school with a last-minute need. It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and plays a key role in supporting students and educators every day.Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
Contract: 10-month (August–May), renewed annually based on need and performance
