As Director, Field Sales for Enablon , you will oversee the North American commercial activities and responsibilities for the Enablon organization including revenue strategy / business planning and budget development with true accountability for revenue generation. Additionally, you will develop growth and resource scaling plans while managing a North American team selling enterprise software applications. The North American sales team is comprised of sales leaders and reps located in the U.S and Canada. You will report to the Global VP of Sales, Corporate Performance & ESG Enablon.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership to senior managers, managers and high-level professionals based on organizational goals and company direction
- Determines organizational goals and divisional plans following divisional strategy
- Interprets modifications to policies
- Achieves results of part of a division or region that has an impact on our organization.
- Travels to company meetings, conferences, events and client sites
