We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team and help us manage operations at a 284 unit apartment complex, Patten East located in Austin, TX
This is a fast paced position and a successful applicant will exhibit excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge in residential housing repairs, including HVAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required
- Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Work with the property manager on budget and projects.
