Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including site reports, equipment logs, and test results. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion. Travel : Travel to various cell tower sites as required. Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in telecommunications or a related field preferred. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications fieldwork, specifically in cell tower commissioning. Technical Skills : Proficiency in using telecommunications testing equipment and software; strong understanding of RF principles and network infrastructure. Physical Requirements : Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
