General Scope: To provide professional caregiving services and enable the client to remain independent in his or her home.
Education / Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have valid NYS driver's license. Must be able to work independently and complete all functions listed below without direct supervision. A personal mobile phone is required with the capability to use electronic system for scheduling.
Essential Functions:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in this or equivalent role
