Job descriptionAssist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote sports events, programs, and initiatives. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the association’s website. Collaborate with the team to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Help organize and promote dragon boat related events, dragon boat races, and community outreach activities. Manage sponsorship materials, including proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications. Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences. Support the production of promotional materials such as digital flyers, posters, and videos. Engage with stakeholders, including athletes, coaches, sponsors, and media partners. Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Events (Race & Courses)
- Assist manager in planning the annual events calendar. Coordinate and implement the activities for each event.
- Prepare and submit event budget, ensuring compliance with stakeholders’ agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Process participants’ registration, fees collection and certification.
- Address enquiries on events from participants and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspection to ensure logistics and supplies are satisfactorily delivered prior to event date.
- Ensure timely and effective progress of events and submit post event profit / loss statement to manager for review.
- Any other tasks related to events management.
