Job descriptionAbility to interpret specifications and read blueprints. Assist in lay out of work for crew. Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule. Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials. Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as : Daily Reports, Safety Reports, Inspection Reports, 2 & 3 week look ahead schedules Audit safe work practices, ensuring PPE is available and used properly. Assist superintendent in training and appraising work performance Conduct regular performance reviews of crew Valid CA General Electrician License (preferred) Skilled and Trained Electricians is a plus Valid CA Driver License 3-5 years' experience in electrical sub-contractor supervision 5-8 years of experience in commercial electrical work OSHA 30 Experience working on commercial and mixed-use buildings Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights.
