Summary : Seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure successful completion of construction projects.
Job Requirements :
College degree or equivalent electrical construction experience
3-4 years in construction management or relevant training roles
Knowledgeable in electrical installation, contract documents, project estimates, and construction specifications
Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project, SharePoint
Competence in industry software such as Bluebeam and Accubid
Understanding of risk management
Job Responsibilities :
Build and maintain project budgets from estimates; perform financial forecasts
Create project SOV; manage billings and payments
Identify buyout opportunities; coordinate with purchasing
Estimate, submit, and gain approval for scope change orders
Create and update project schedules; coordinate with Foreman
Establish site logistics; maintain submittal log for equipment review / delivery
Oversee fixture, subcontract, and equipment logs for timely delivery / installation
Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively
Monitor project costs and onsite activities continuously
Handle project-related correspondence through document control systems
Manage Job Start and Project Closeout processes
Utilize current construction technologies for effective project management
Pay : 120K-140K
Pay Details : $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
