Job Description
Mountain Power Electrical is looking for individuals who are interested in long-range career growth and have the strategic ability to plan for their professional futures. The Foreman will report to the Project Manager and oversee all field operations to ensure that self-performed and subcontracted work is completed in compliance with contract specifications, code and is completed on schedule. Foreman also have oversight of each projects safety, installation methods and quality control. A commitment to overall company safety and demonstrated past project successes is expected.
Requirements Include :
Four (10) + years documented construction experience working in the capacity of large commercial projects as a foreman.
Familiar with the Osha 1926 Safety Manual &NFPA 70E.
Must be able to problem solve - ability to identify and resolve problems in a time manner; gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, work well in group problem solving situations
Must be able to multi-task and follow up prior commitments
