Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling large corrugated box machines from blueprints using standard hand tools, including screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches, and a power screwdriver. Ideal candidates will have abackgroundin mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.

SHIFTS:

• Days: 5a-3:30p (Mon-Thurs) - OT on Friday

Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated box machines according to blueprints.
• Utilize standard hand tools for assembly, such as screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches, and power screwdrivers.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly of machines in various sizes and shapes.
• Engage in tasks requiring heavy lifting, crawling under machines, and working on ladders.
• Work long shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Be available for overtime work as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in wiring and electrical work.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of metric and standard bolts.
• Capability to work from blueprints.
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS (tool list provided)

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing/production setting with 4x10 hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with overtime typically required on Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays. Expect to work close to 50 hours a week in a large shop environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
