Electrical Assembler

The Role

Assembles electrical, equipment, and subassemblies according to customer specifications by performing the following duties.

What you will be responsible for :

• Assembles electrical and mechanical, equipment, and their subassemblies according to customers’ needs following drawings and other written and verbal specifications.
• Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools; bends and installs electrical conduit.
• Strips shielding and crimps assorted wires to required work instructions.
• Trains, or assists in the training of other employees in assembly processes.
• Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime
• Implement and maintain 5S (workplace organization method in the area with good housekeeping manner).
• Responsible with hand-tools, power-tools and / or equipment in the area on daily basis to ensure cleanliness and functionality at all time.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department
