Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Electrical Engineering Technician 2. This full-time contract Electrical Engineering Technician role provides technical support for electrical engineering projects involving control systems and substations. The position supports engineers and project managers with project implementation, field coordination, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining drawings, diagrams, reports, specifications, standards, and as-built documentation. The role is primarily based in Vancouver, WA, with minimal occasional travel to project field sites.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full-time onsite 3 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington.

The hourly pay rate range for this position (including fringe benefits of $4.93) is $28.00 - $34.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in engineering technology, mathematics, computer science or a related field is preferred.

5 years of work experience is required with or without an applicable bachelor's degree.

Experience should include related work experience in a technical / engineering environment and should demonstrate increasing knowledge and responsibility.

Valid 's License is required.

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in use of CAD software

Experience in a project team environment.

Experience with MicroStation CAD software.

Experience with ProjectWise.
