Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm • Training on 1st Shift (7:00am-5:00pm)
Tools required: Must bring own basic tools (wrenches, etc.)
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive-system components. Support safe, reliable plant operations through preventative maintenance, accurate documentation, and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, controls, PLCs, drive systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power-transmission components.
- Use diagrams, schematics, manuals, and technical documents to diagnose issues.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including lubrication.
- Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Associate degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience with 3-phase 480V AC motors, DC drives, bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience and familiarity with PLCs preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems.
- Willing to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
