As a national single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions, Full Tilt  is expanding its staff and seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator  to join our team.

We specialize in delivering precision-driven projects of any scale by focusing on key self-performance trades such as electrical, mechanical piping, concrete, and site utilities. Guided by our core values and commitment to innovation, we approach every project with purpose, blending expertise, faith, and a dedication to excellence in execution.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in our mission by :

• Communicating with customers to define project scopes, address deficiencies, negotiate pricing, and build strong relationships.
• Performing necessary research to produce accurate, complete, and competitive pricing.
• Reviewing completed estimates and proposals for thoroughness, accuracy, value engineering alternatives, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Continuously following up on bid projects and accurately forecasting future awards / probabilities.
• Preparing proposals for budgetary and conceptual estimates as well as strategic opportunities.
• Attending pre-bid meetings or customer sessions to identify project scopes.
• Preparing or supervising the preparation of bid documents and ensuring timely delivery.
• Participating in bid de-scope meetings to address open items.
• Scheduling and attending job turnover meetings while ensuring thorough preparation of meeting materials.
• Ensuring job labor data from the operations department is analyzed and reflected in estimating databases for accurate field productivity forecasts.
• Attending project postmortems to catalogue historical information for continuous improvement.
• Reviewing material pricing from purchasing and suppliers, adjusting estimating databases and procedures as needed.
• Supporting the professional growth of team members around you.
